Pool Update:
It is with our deepest regret that the Board of Directors at Prairie Knolls Country Club has made the difficult decision to close the pool for the 2025 season. Due to the extent of repairs needed, it is impossible to identify a solution that will allow us to open the pool this year. As a board, we were aware that changes would need to be made in the near future, though we were not anticipating it so soon. The pool has been in service for the last 60 years and has served our community well. Unfortunately, mother nature has taken its toll, and this decision is necessary for the safety of those who use the pool. Moving forward, we will begin obtaining bids from local pool contractors to determine the best solution, whether repairing the current pool, replacing the current pool entirely, or closing the pool permanently. We won't be able to decide the future of the pool until bids have been acquired and the board has had a chance to discuss all options; members will be invited to share their solutions once bids have been received.
